Overview
MTI is proud to introduce the DATASYST Portable data
collector and machine condition monitoring analyzer.
The “Datasys 8” version is part of the six generation MTI´s Off-Line Data collectors,
a complete range of monitoring solutions.
The “Datasys 8” is a rugged, multi-channel that monitors and analyze the machine condition.
This easy-to-use data collector includes sound, vibration and ultrasound analysis, motor
current, pressure, temperature and process parameter monitoring.
The “Datasys 8” employs the latest technology in PC component,
designed to resists extremely harsh environmental conditions.
The instrument also comprises the latest advances in analog and digital
electronics including 16-bit digital signal processing (DSP), 1.25 GS/s
sampling rate and an A/D converter to provide the fastest and the most
accurate multiplexed data acquisition.
Also includes improved FFT resolution, using
differential frequency ranges instead of traditional number of lines.
This feature increases spectrum resolution many times than other data collectors.
Characteristics Datasys 8
Portable Data Collector, capable of recording 8 simultaneous channels coming from multiple
sensor types: Piezoelectric Accelerometers (ICP [mv/g] or passive [pC/ms2]), Triaxial,
Eddy Current Proximity Probe, Tachometers, Amperometric Clamps, Ultra Low Frecuency Accelerometers,
and a variety of other sensors. Simultaneous Acquisition: enables to compare spectra under the same
operating conditions. Multiple Plane on-site Balancing Software.
